Q: Do you offer memberships?

A: No. Every time you come in you will work out with one of our Certified Personal Trainers so you get results and you can focus and enjoy your workout.

Q: How long are your personal training sessions?

A: Each session is 30 minutes but we encourage our personal training clients to come in a few minutes before their session to warm up on our cardio equipment. After your session we suggest cooling down a minimum of 5 minutes or for maximum fat burning you can add 20 min of cardio after your session. So, plan on spending anywhere 30-60 minutes at each personal training session.

Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?

A: This depends primarily on your fitness goals. Typically our personal training clients prefer to come in 3 days a week for better results. Training less often tends to slow down progress. Of course, clients that wish to achieve faster results can come in more often to really accelerate their fat loss and/or muscle growth.

Q: How much do your personal training sessions cost?

A: The price per personal training session varies based on the package you purchase. Like most things, the more you buy the less you pay per session.

Q: How long until I see results?

A: Usually you will see results if you are consistent in your training and follow a nutrition plan such as the one we offer. Please call us for more details on that. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.
